Growing up is difficult, growing up without a mom would be very hard. Getting used to your dad always talking to your imaginary mom who passed away would be impossible for me. Yet somehow the girl in this movie managed to grow up well rounded (for the most part). This movie is about a guy who loses his wife a few years after their daughter was born. His family was his whole life and he couldn't let his wife go. This movie shows you his struggles, his daughters struggles, and eventually the letting go (at least mostly). It was a good movie, I quite enjoyed watching it. Certainly not a movie that would keep Richard in the room had he been home, but for someone that enjoys girly movies it was quite good.
